Hello!
For Heidenhain no problem, if you have some comments in your nc-programm:
; VERICUT IS A BEST VERIFICATION SOFTWARE
But - if your comment too lolg - Heidenhain divide your block with "~" sign, like:
; VERICUT IS A BEST VERIFICATION SOFTWARE, VERICUT IS~
A BEST VERIFICATION SOFTWARE
In this case first line noproblem, like comment and - error message and stop for next line.
Can you advise any idea to avoid it?
I understand - first advise will be - "Use short comment"...

You need to send a program with a message in it that is 60 characters and see where the machine breaks the message, 32 characters maybe
then limit each text line to that new found knowledge.
Just what you didn't want to hear but that's life.

I´m pretty sure VERICUT can accommodate that...
Please contact your local support office and they will take care of this for you... Or fill out and ER on your behalf to make VERICUT to support this. Based on my experience with them, they are always striving to support stuff without workarounds.

MaxCharsPerBlock is the command you want to use.
Put it in under Event -> Reset -> Global
