machine settings

I am trying to configure a machine for collisions and over travels and such but any info I enter does not get
saved?

under
configuration - machine settings - any of the settings I change or add to do not save?
APPLY works, but OK does not, and if I go back in nothing is saved?

Thanks
Mike
