VERICUT Interface problem

Good Morning All,
I am new to the Users' Forum and I'm looking for help with my Vericut interface.
I have been running Vericut for a few years with no problem. Recently though there have been changes within the company's computer server setup which has affected the launching of the Vericut Interface through GibbsCam.
The problem seems to be that the Tool Path Settings does not have the usual tabs for NC or PP selection. Only the Post-Process File selection is available.
It seems that Vericut should still be able to run, but after entering all the file name and path data I am getting a message that there is "No Vericut Interface License".
I am however able to start Vericut separately from the desktop with no error.

FYI. I am running version 7.3. The problem started while running 7.2. The GibbsV.dll has been installed in the plugins folder.

I hoped that installing the new version would clear up the problem, but no such luck.
To further confuse the situation, out of four computers on the system, two run Vericut correctly, two do not.

Does anyone have an idea what would cause Vericut to run from the desktop but not from GibbsCam?

Thank you in advance.

Chris

Re: VERICUT Interface problem

Make sure that the environment variable CGTECH_PRODUCTS is set to the correct path :-

C:\Program Files\cgtech\x.x.x\windows \windows
                              or
C:\Program Files\cgtech\x.x.x\windows \windows64

Use the Microsoft Windows Control Panel > System Properties: Advanced tab,
Environment Variables feature to define these environment variables. See Microsoft
Windows Help for more information.
