Tool Manager Bug

I'm not really sure how to report a bug, but here's what I just found on V7.3 tool manager.

I've always right clicked copied and pasted to create new tools, from a similar tool. This still works fine. But when right click and copy my tool description from and do a CNTL-V to paste it within the tool manager, it will paste the description along with another complete tool.

This did not happen in V7.2

Not a big deal. Instead of CNTL-V, I right click, and paste and that works. But's it's a bit weird.

I'm experiencing something with CTRL+C / CTRL++V too...

V7.3 now supports copy/paste of components... but I find it inconsistent... sometimes it works sometimes it does not...
