WFL M-80 Millturn with a Siemens 840D SL Control

Hi All
        Is there anyone using a
WFL M-80 Millturn with a Siemens 840D SL Control machine in vericut simulation
or similar WFL.
How is it working out for you?

We're working with CGTech on a M120 and a M150 machine...

They can support the whole stuff well, including U axis and Cogsdill units in our case....

And they are faster to develop these machines compared to their competitors...

If you got the 3D models from WFL it will be a lot easier...

Cheers,

John,
Please email me. I work for one of the Magellan divisions, and you should be able to find my email address from the corporation's email system. We have files for similar WFL.

Cheers,

We have M150. Could you discribe in few words, how you realized TURNB1ON function?
I`ve done it by change driven point of the tool when TURNB1ON comands, but if i work with G96 calculated spindle speed is little bit difference (depends of the radius of the tool)
