Having trouble using the Forum, and long posts

I am Having trouble using the Forum, and long posts

What happens is, if I want to bold or color and it is a long post, I can not keep the curser on the line.

So if I put the curser on the W in What happens is, if I want to bold or color and it is a long post, I can not keep the curser on the line. and try to drag it to the e in line, I can not.

I touch the W but whe window won't allow me to drag it to the right

here is an example of another problem
I am way down here, and everything I tyope is below the window, now that the scroll bar is activated.

Is any one else having this problem?

I am using IE8
