Catia Model Interface

I an unable to import Catia R19 Models directly into Vericut. On R18 files I get the error (Requested product not found: AM2_.slt_00B1DCF5691) but it will still import them. On R19 files I get a message "unable to create triangles"
Anybody have a clue as too why?
