Some reasons when I ran vericut with machine Simulation for mahine Makino Mag3, I got the error said that SPindle collided to Fixture, acttualy  my tool and
spindle  did not hit the fixture at all I did not know why ,  Even I  disable collision detect in the Configuration /machine setting but still showing me the Error,
and this set up  I imported from differrence Project file that was a good file, so I invisible the fixture and ran fine, I could not figure out why? Please find the attached file

Re: COLLISION Detect

It seems to be the Fixture model that is the culprit, try to replace the fixture model with blocks and cylinders that represent the approximate size and shape and see if the collision is still detected.

If you can, output your fixture with a different file type, like STEP, IGES or STL, or try a different output precision. I suspect that your fixture model has some corrupted triangles floating above the fixture and this causes some invalid collisions.
