Trial License

Hey everyone. I just had a 30 day trial of v7.0, and now that it expired (12-18-09) I can't get my original (v6.1.2) to run. It was working fine up until my v7.0 license expired. Last week I was running jobs through both versions basically so I could compare the two and give a reliable recomendation to my boss on whether to buy the new version, and both versions ran fine. I don't know if perhaps the trial license somehow replaced the 6.1.2 license and now that it's expired am I in a pickle? I already emailed Tech Support, but due to the time difference between Massachusetts and California, I don't expect to hear from them for a few more hours. Any help would be awesome.

TIA

Re: Trial License

If you have replaced the v6 license with the v7 license, just reapply the v6 license and you are set.

Re: Trial License

Problem is my 6.1 license was for an old computer, and as such has a different number for the ethernet (physical address). I got it loaded, but since technically there never was a v6.1 license for my new computer, i think i have to get a new one. I emailed my sales guy, and support. now im just waiting to hear back.
