Machine Building

Hello I am building a 5 Axis Haas Machine in Vericut.I modelled all seperate parts in Catia using same axis for all parts and saved as STLs .Assembled machine in Vericut through  machine component tree and all parts snapped into postion, all seemed fine using MDI X,Y and Z axis simulated fine but my problem is that A and B axis rotate around axis they were modelled on not on the centres they were supposed to.Can  anybody please tell me how I need to set up A Or B Rotary components using STLs.                                                    Thank you in advance :?
