How to measure distance from a face to center of the angle hole

Hi,
Create a Coordinate system on the top face. Zero (0,0,0) at right arrow. Then use X-Caliper to measure from Plane to Axis.
I used C:\cgtech622\showroom\DMG\dmg_dmu50v_hei530.VcProject to test it.

Thank Dolf,

But it not pick up ANGLE Axis.

It works only, If the hole 90 deg to the flat face.

The drawing i show that is simple one. the real one is compound Angle hole on a round part.

Hi, I tested it again on the Index machine in the showroom. It works for me.
Create coordinate on top face and activate it.
Measure from PLANE (pick a point on the cilinder near the hole or type values (= better)).
to Axis (pick the ANGLED hole.)
Read the values. They are related to the active coordinate system.
