How to configure a user license?

Hi all,
My appologies if this topic had been discussed already.
If I have a number of vericut options such as verification, auto-diff, machine simulation, multi-axis, probing and so on how to configure user's start up scripts to check out only specific options. For example I would not necessary want CNC programmers working with APT code to check out machine simulation licenses or CNC operators working with 3 axis machines to check out multi-axis options.
TIA.
FV.

Re: How to configure a user license?

In the current version of VERICUT (6.2.1) additional licenses like MachineSimulation are only taken when they are activated by the user. Other licenses (e.g. AutoDIFF) are still avaiable for other users.

HI,
Dolf is right.
You can also use the reservation capability of the license server.
You can define groups of users or computers and avoid them to use a specific license or only allow them to use a part of the available license.
--> Have a look to the SLM71sys.pdf file on installation CD. "Setting Group Reservations"
