V9.1.1 and V9.1.1.1 crashing in multiple setups

I experience crashes all the time when setting up multiple setup jobs.  The timing of the crash varies.  Could be after you copy the first setup and paste it.  Could be when you replace the NC Paths and scan the tools.  Could be when you move and preserve the cut stock into the second setup.  Could be (and this is the very worst) when you hit SAVE.  This is what I call the worst, because it renders the file unusable and you are then starting from scratch because even the first setup is not retrievable.  These crashes are unpredictable, but one thing I've learned is that when you get through it all and a save is successful, It generally never crashes again.  CGTech has said that there are no other stability complaints.

Is anyone else struggling with crashes in V9.1.1 or V9.1.1.1?

It could be that something is corrupt in your vcproject to start with.
